• Agreements that hold still. Approved terms are never edited in place. Amending creates a new version, so a statement issued last quarter still says what it said then.
• Exact arithmetic. Every amount is decimal from your order data to the payable figure. No floating point anywhere in the calculation.
• Statements that answer themselves. The total, the tier bands behind it, what was excluded and why, and the exact data cutoff it was computed from.
• Read-only. Nothing in your store is changed, and no money is moved. The app reads orders and works out what is owed.
